I guess I am a CMS snob?

Man knocks on the door. I answer the door. I see a man smiling at me wearing a uniform with bright colors and holding a clip board. He asks “Excuse me sir, would you be interested in purchasing any of our services,” and hands me the card. I look at the card while he tells me about what products he is selling, and how he runs the business himself. He is a one man operation.

“Oh I even built my own website,” he declares.
“Oh yeah,” I said. Now I am slightly more interested.
“Sure did! I built it on this thing called Wix.”

My reaction….

Thomas Friedman on a new Grand Old Party

I saw this op-ed by Thomas Friedman via the New York times on the need for a new second party. You can read it here.

What a weird era of politics. I feel like I have been saying everything Friedman says in this article since 2004. Sad that it took the nomination of Donald Trump for this to happen.

Drake's Views

Listening to Drake’s new album “Views” today, and it ain’t bad! It’s like a whole album of “Hotline Blings.”

Too much fun.

You know that quote about Donald Trump on Republicans isn't real

Now that Donald Trump is the presumptive nominee for the Republican party, I have been seeing that meme where Donald Trump supposedly says:

If I were to run [for president], I’d run as a Republican. They’re the dumbest group of voters in the country. They believe anything on Fox News. I could lie and they’d still eat it up. I bet my numbers would be terrific.

The problem is, Donald Trump never actually said that. Check out this article from Gawker and checkout the snoops.com article.

I say this to my friends all the time: There’s plenty of legitimate reasons for liking or disliking a candidate – but if you have to make shit up, you’re doing it wrong.
